OMG, I might actually pay off my debt now! Woo-hoo!

Text:

The Senate passed a bill today (90-5) that would prohibit credit card companies from arbitrarily raising a person's interest rate, and make many of their fees illegal. Credit card companies will also have to post their credit agreements online and allow customers to pay their bills online or by phone for free. Finally, the bill will put limits on people who can get a credit card. For example, anyone under the age of 21 will have to prove they can pay the money back.
