Fewer than 100 days in office, and US President Barack Obama is already fighting a troubled economy, Iranian nuclear breakthroughs, North Korean missile tests and, yes, even pirates. The AP's take on it all? "Hillary Clinton said there would be days — and nights — like this."

It's a curious angle, particularly since Clinton (as Secretary of State) has been the face of Obama's foreign policy. And while the AP analysis points out that Obama hasn't commented publicly on the Somali pirate situation, Clinton has been dealing with the issue as it developed. In fact, this morning, Clinton was on hand to tell reporters that the lifeboat had "run out of gas."
